Coming this weekend June 1 and June 2, 2019 will be the 24th annual Greenwich Concours d’Elegance! The Greenwich Concours is known as one of the premier concours in the country and the largest in the Northeast. This is a two day show. Saturday is the Concours Americana for American cars and motorcycles, while Sunday is the Concours International for imported marques.
2019 will feature special classes of Zagato, Bentley, Arnolt, Super Cars & Orphan Marques (limited production marques that no longer exist).
For the concours weekend, there will be a waterfront display on beautiful Greenwich Harbor of cars bodied by the Italian coachbuilder Zagato in honor of their 100th Anniversary. Also on both days, there will be a display of the hybrid cars of “Wacky” Arnolt and Orphan Motorcycle Marques.
Orphan American Marques and Super Cars will be the special classes on Saturday, June 1st. The Zagato and Arnolt cars will also be on display. With a Saturday ticket, you can also preview the cars for auction in the Bonhams tent. On Saturday is the gala party at the Greenwich Delamar Hotel, with a sumptuous buffet overlooking the luxurious yachts. The hotel is steps from the Concours site.
Sunday, June 2nd, there will be a special Bentley class to commemorate their 100th Anniversary.
The Bonhams auction begins at noon on Sunday and requires a separate admission – or you can watch through the open side of the tent. For more information on the Bonhams auto auction, and to preregister for that event, please see the Bonhams website at https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/25220/
