A fun event for foodies is coming to Rockland County on May 1 and May 2, 2018. The first event will be held May 1 at 8 North Broadway restaurant in Nyack NY and is called the “Chef’s Test Kitchen” . The event is billed as an evening of ingredient tasting, playing around, and serious cooking. Sounds like fun!
On May 2nd another great evening to be held at Casa Hudson overlooking the Hudson River in Haverstraw New York. It will be another fun evening with the same chefs and is billed as the “Chef’s Table” Come say ‘hello’ and meet your fellow Hudson Valley foodies and enjoy 3 hours of culinary bliss ,16 courses of tapas and the ambiance of Casa Hudson. You can even bring your own bottle of wine. Events presented by the South Nyack Supper Club.

Chef Constantine Kalandranis
Constantine Kalandranis grew up in Astoria, Queens with a love of food. From cooking alongside members of his Greek-American family to preparing for holiday gatherings, he learned the connection we all have to food. He owns 8 North Broadway in Nyack as well as two additional Westchester restaurants, 273 Kitchen in Harrison, and Popojito in Scarsdale.
Chef Jose DeJesus
Jose DeJesus, the Trill Cooker, is an ingredient focused, eclectic-international trained chef. Jose designs an exclusive menu for each of his events that is focused around a theme that takes your taste buds on a journey. He makes everything from scratch and uses the freshest ingredients. All his creations and recipes are uniquely put together.
