Rock and Roll legend and Grammy Award winner Jon Bon Jovi will be giving a very special acoustic performance on Sunday March 4th 2018, 7pm at the Tarrytown Music Hall in Tarrytown NY.   The artist will be performing as Jon Bon Jovi and Friends at the landmark theater.  Oak and Ash will be the opening act.

The concert is a benefit for the the Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation, presented by LiveNation, and  is a unique opportunity for fans to experience an intimate setting and a different take on the songwriting that has inspired so many rock anthems of the past three decades. Additionally, local artists Oak & Ash will open the evening’s festivities. This musical duo opened for Bon Jovi previously when the band chose opening acts in each city based on an “opening act contest” intended to promote the careers of developing artists.

The Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation began with three sisters on a mission to save their father’s life. As with many chronic renal candidates, they thought there was no hope until they began to research. Their Foundation educates people on alternative ways of finding a donor for kidney transplantation, focusing on the “altruistic” or unrelated living donor. They believe no one should languish on a “waiting list” or suffer dialysis unnecessarily. The awareness we can bring to people about the benefits of living donation, the less need there will be for a waiting list. There also will be less of a kidney shortage as more people realize that unrelated living donors exist often with a higher success rate than cadavers. For the Flood Sisters, inspiring others through courage, persistence, hope and love means saving lives together.
